White Clothing Rack
Clothing racks come in many different sizes, designs, and colors. There are differences in strength, capacity, application, mobility, and also in color. We will elaborate more on the latter because color is an important factor in the appearance of a clothing rack.
Colors
Clothing racks have existed for a long time, with the first racks being no more than a few wooden sticks on which clothes could be hung. Even today, wood is still used to make clothing racks, and many DIY enthusiasts can craft a rack using wood. However, in the higher segment, there are also clothing racks that are often a combination of wood and metal. The metal parts are often colored, giving the rack a distinctive appearance. In addition to wooden clothing racks, there are many metal variants available in various colors. This color is almost always applied to the metal via a durable powder coating process. In this process, the paint in powder form is sprayed onto the frame and cured in a special oven, resulting in a very strong, impact-resistant color layer. Despite the scratch-resistant layer, it may happen that the layer wears off with intensive use. Therefore, the top side of the upper rod of a colored clothing rack is often equipped with a metal edge on which the clothes hangers can slide. A commonly used color for clothing racks is white. A white clothing rack has a distinctive appearance and fits into almost any interior. The origin of the white color for clothing racks lies in Scandinavia, where white is often a basic color in an interior, which is why clothing racks quickly adopted this color. In addition to its beautiful appearance, a white clothing rack also has the advantage of blending well into its surroundings and not being too conspicuous.
