Folder presentations
Presenting your folders is a crucial factor in attracting new customers. With a wide variety of folders available, there are equally diverse options for racks and holders. Finding the right holder for the right application can be time-consuming and challenging. That's why we map out the various possibilities for you, allowing you more time to focus on your business. Let's start by considering how many (different) folders need to be presented. For the presentation of:
Small folder presentation
For presenting a few folders, you can use folder trays. These are transparent plastic trays available in various sizes. These folder trays can also be mounted on the wall as a folder rack. Additionally, there are versions with multiple levels, increasing the capacity slightly. Folder trays are among the most cost-effective ways of presenting folders.
Larger folder presentations
Larger volumes of folder materials are presented in metal folder racks. There are different types to choose from, such as floor-standing holders, wall-mounted, or hanging presentations. These robust presentations can also be made from a combination of metal and plastic. It's important to consider whether the presentation needs or can be accessed from one or multiple sides, as this significantly determines the capacity per surface area used. For example, a wall presentation can only be used on one side, whereas rotating folder racks can display folders on all sides, maximizing the amount of folders presented per surface area. For exhibitions, there are special foldable folder racks that are lightweight and can be easily folded into a small package. In addition to capacity, the size of the folder is important. Folders come in various sizes such as A3, 1/3-A4, A4, A5, and A6. The majority of folder presentations accommodate these sizes. In some cases, it's even possible to use multiple sizes in one rack. These racks often feature a perforated wall where various wire holders can be hooked, allowing for customized organization within the folder rack. There are also holders with a fixed layout that cannot be adjusted later to accommodate a different folder size.
In addition to quantity and size, design is another point of consideration. When presenting folders at events or exhibitions, it's desirable to offer the folder materials in an attractive presentation. This enhances conversion rates but may come with a higher price tag. For functional presentations, cheaper options like plastic folder trays can suffice. This doesn't mean compromising on quality; the shape and construction of the presentation are crucial factors here. This includes complex shapes that are difficult to manufacture or a foldable construction for collapsible folder presentations.
